EDGAR
I have been a fully qualified personal trainer for 10 years. My story started whilst I was living in Australia working as a football coach. Whilst there, I got into the more fitness side of football and concentrated on players fitness levels and how they can improve. Upon my return, I undertook my level 2 and level 3 fitness and personal training qualifications. Once fully qualified in those areas I also studied nutrition, gym based boxing, circuits and spinning which I am also qualified in. I started working as a personal trainer for some well know companies and did so for 3 years to continue to learn and grown in my profession. Having done that i now wanted to step out of that environment and start working for myself.
Day In Day Out Fitness was created over 3 years ago and it was always the way I wanted to grow within the industry. My passion and LOVE is helping people achieve their personal goals and nothing pleases me more than seeing them improve day by day and reaching their targets.

CHOOSE YOUR WORKOUT
Categories 1, 2, 3 & 4 are all based around 1-2-1 personal training sessions. There WILL be discounted prices if you book sessions in bulk.
Category 5 is focused around a 1 hour session where I come to your home and discuss with you your current eating habits and put together a plan for you to follow for 3 months.
Category 6 are bootcamps that are run on Monday and Friday evenings from 18:30-19:30 at Southampton Sport Centre.
